Lots of people, but an efficient and fast service, there is a ticket system so managing the queue is easy. We chose several specialties to taste and everything was delicious. Possibility of sitting inside like in a café (not the same line to get there).

I came here after googling for best coffe&cake place. And it was as described: cosy place with great coffee. As for the cakes, I ordered more to take home after tasting. ?The silver haired gentleman behind the counter was very serving. ?

I speak regarding the pastel de nata.Definitely not worth the queue. There are many others that are better.

Make sure to get a number from the ticket machine if ordering out. If it's full inside, there is plenty of space outside in the nearby courtyard to eat.

Delicious local pastries, coffee and orange juice. An authentic place to eat breakfast in a place full of tourist traps. 10/10 will go again.

Terrible attendance. Antipathy from employees with a regrettable record of bad manners. It's the quality of the sweets that contrasts drastically with the bitterness of the employees.

I tried the queijadinha and the traditional pillow. A delight.

We visited this famous Portuguese Pillow pastry spot and we are so happy we did! We initially went to the original spot founded in 1874 (I’m including photos here) and the line was mad. So we walked right up the hill to Piriquita II where there was no line. The pastries really are amazing—so soft, fluffy and flavorful. I like the original almond flavor. It’s not too sweet and is simply magical. Be sure to hit this spot when in Sintra! ❤️
