Dona Maria is conveniently located a mere 2 minute walk from the downtown Sintra. Hidden gem that is worthwhile explore for great wine selection and wonderful Portuguese dishes. We tried the pheasant confit, the grilled octopus and most of their desserts. Regrettably we were immersed in the experience and did not take photos. Please visit them ❤️ the view overlooking rooftops and Sintra is special! Staff is very attentive and friendly!

It was really delicious and the atmosphere and music were both good haha. The price is a bit expensive, but considering the fact that it is a tourist attraction and the value of the view, it is completely acceptable ?

We didn't eat, but happy hour. Terrible service, the terrace is nice, but they are dazed, and the cocktails were poor, Gin Toni without Gin and pinacolada person!!!!Bad rating 4

Perfect lunch option in Sintra. Comfortable and elegant restaurant, friendly service staff, and super delicious food. We had the best Gilled Octopus here. It was soft and tender with a burnt aroma. It was included in the list of the best octopus we have eaten in Portugal so far❤️ The focus is on the outside It's right next to the bus stop, making it easy to get to other Sintra attractions.

Local in the old town of Sintra with a view of the castle. Due to a rain shower, we went in at short notice and were pleasantly surprised by the historical ambience, which matched the view of the castle. The staff was friendly. Everything was okay with the food, I can recommend the restaurant - the chocolate dessert in particular was great :-)
Delicious food with lovely views.
