Our stay in Sintra, Portugal, was wonderfully complemented by the warmth and charm of our accommodation. Not only was it perfectly situated, offering easy access to the enchanting surroundings, but it was also incredibly kid-friendly, ensuring a relaxed and delightful experience for the entire family. This place truly stands out as a cozy, welcoming haven, making our overall experience in Sintra genuinely memorable.

Lovely stay with excellent host and breakfast!Liked · Our bedroom was very nice and the breakfast was delicious with impeccable service! Our host was very friendly and informative. He made us feel very welcome with his personal attention. The artwork was quite interesting. Very convenient location.Disliked · The noisy keys (you felt you would wake the neighbors). Some areas were worn: bathroom vanity, stool, mirror, and common space moulding.

There is no better place in Sintra to eat for the price. This restaurant is a great option, they have a small menu but it is delicious and they serve the food really fast. For €5.95 you can expect a nice lunch an decent portion. They accept credit card which is always a plus in Sintra. I highly recommend it if you want to avoid tourist traps

Espaço Edla is cute little cafe on Rua Dr. Alfredo de Costa. They are open from 8am to 7pm (weekdays) and 9am to 7pm (weekends) and have a neat tea room like setup. Menu features a fairly typical range of counter pastries, sweets, cake slices along with sandwiches, toast orders along with coffee and non-coffee drinks. We had breakfast here during a recent visit to Sintra and found the coffee to be strong and very good, ham and cheese on toast was hearty and tasted very good. Slice of Mil Folhas was very sweet, nicely textured layers and overall yummy. Service was friendly and helpful as well.Overall, this was a nice little stop for breakfast during our visit to Sintra. Would gladly return to Espaço Edla during future visits.

Don't cry over spilled cappuccino. That's how they served it. Spilled. Also not really a cappuccino. More like hot water wirh a little foam.
