Unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience with this burger place. I placed an order and had to wait 45 minutes to be served, which is much longer than expected for a so-called "quick" meal. To make matters worse, when it finally arrived, the order was totally wrong!
What made the experience even more frustrating was the fact that several people who arrived after us were served much earlier. Some of these people even finished their meals before we received our order. This demonstrates an evident lack of organization and efficiency in service.
I understand that unexpected things can happen, but the combination of a long wait time, an incorrect order and the realization that other customers have been prioritized is quite frustrating. I hope that the person responsible takes this feedback into account and makes improvements to the service to ensure that other customers do not have the same experience.

I was looking for a place to eat on the route from Sintra to our accommodation and I chose it because my boyfriend is a big fan of hamburgers, it was a great success. We had two different burgers and they were both very good. The fries and salsa they put on them were great. We also found the desserts delicious and the service very good. Really a very good experience.

Good afternoon, after waiting for 1 hour or more and placing my order, they served 2 tables who arrived much later than me, I called and I didn't understand what the employee said, they apologized to the fryer and we still waited, we got up and I didn't pay for the drinks. I don't think it can be done.

I had a bad experience with a delivery from this restaurant. Never again! The horrible hamburger meat, dry and burnt, the burnt bacon, the horribly terrible potatoes. Everything was wrong, in fact the bread was the only thing that was so good.

Just improve the speed of delivery. Quality is enough and service too. Small but welcoming terrace. Repeating.
Parking: Restaurant with two people inside. I went to dinner with my wife and when I requested a table for two, they said very arrogantly that the tables were all reserved, ok. We left, then the young woman came to us and said: "you can sit with that couple". Now in an establishment with some 30 seats, asking to sit at the same table (with four seats) next to someone you don't know... Since the change of management it has become HORRIBLE. Besides, I'm a regular customer, mainly weekends.

WORST experience I had on Tuesday 04/09/24The only thing that was used in the food was the croquettes. It's shameful how a restaurant that apparently had good qualifications was worse than bad! The burger we chose was salty and only tasted like knorr broth (but we ate it anyway because we thought it was enough to eat), the dessert, the Brownie, as they call it, must have been 3 days old, (and the employee himself said it wasn't fresh and it was in the freezer... I've never seen such a thing in a restaurant) it was so dry that I've never seen anything like it served to anyone... When we called the employee to complain, he said he would look and he never came back, he still avoided it. at all costs look out for us. After almost 15 minutes without returning to our table, we had to call another employee, who in addition to being rude, was extremely unpleasant, and even told us that we weren't right when we were more than right, as that doesn't present itself to anyone!They put people to work who don't know how to serve the public, and who are poorly educated and poorly trained!A restaurant that is worthless! I DO NOT RECOMMEND!(the comment was edited because the owner had the nerve to respond to my comment and still call me a liar... being extremely rude... I think the way he responded is very low level... You see that you don't know how to deal with customers... IT'S ALL SAID what kind of people they are!
