Bad experience I sit at the table and wait for someone to bring me a drink... the waiter arrives and spills all the coca cola on me. A situation that could have happened but the shameful thing is that none of the employees gave me a hand, in fact they preferred to clean the entire sofa that had gotten wet. result moncler t-shirt (€230) to throw away. not even a gesture of apology from the staff

We ordered five pizzas for a party of five. Three pizzas arrived within 15 minutes, one was already starting to get cold when served, but we were still waiting for the remaining two when the first pizzas were long finished. Eventually, one pizza that we didn't order was served and the last pizza was forgotten by the staff. We were asked several times if we really, really didn't order that incorrect pizza (no, I'm positive. It had ingredients that shouldn't even be on a pizza). The remaining pizzas were eventually served 10 minutes later and, truth be told, they did taste good.

Salvou o dia, pois o passeio de Sintra é muito interessante e demorado. É lindo mais bem cansativo, quando se retorna de passeio, dependendo do horário, a maioria dos restaurantes está fechado, a a pizza Hut estava aberta quando retornamos. A pizza Hut fica bem perto do local de desembarque do ônibus e os preços são bem acessíveis.

Terrible service, we asked for a carvery and they only delivered one pizza, when we asked, they gave vague/rude answers, with no sense or reason. the worst spent 14 euros of my entire life. I would rather have gone hungry.

Never again. We ordered the Rodízio and even though it was completely empty, it took 30 min to deliver the drinks and almost 45 min for the pizza. Super bad service. Only the girl was working good.
