I went with high expectations because I knew who had already been and really liked it and because of the inherent publicity. Daily menu €14 per dish, dessert and a drink. When I asked for water from the stones, I was told it wasn't included on the menu, the flavor of the dishes wasn't anything extraordinary, the fish fillets weren't anything special either. For dessert, either pineapple or sponge cake, sometimes in well-cooked slices, sometimes in creamy slices, so we don't know what the final objective is. Friendly service, but a little sloppy and too comfortable, which causes a lot of delay. It's not bad, actually, but also, especially for the price, it's not anything special, as advertised.

Group dinner....most didn't like it! Maybe for groups it's not the best option. We were initially given tap water in a jug.

Really nice family run restaurant. It's not visible from the road, you have to enter a gate that leads to some buildings, but if you're in Sintra I recommend it: real Portuguese cuisine!

Fantastic visual Sintra, the easternmost part of the European continent. There are beautiful landscapes restaurants, pleasant temperature in June. Many places to visit and discover.

Tremendous value. Really hesrty home cooked Portuguese food in this unpretentious restaurant in the industrial zone near Sintra. This is a good restaurant to use for lunch if you are visiting Sintra and have a car. It avoids the crowds in the old town and has plenty of parking. The prices are very fair. We paid 22€ each for starters, fish course and then meat course and desert. All delicious with generous portions. Highly recommended.
