For those who are in Sintra and want to have lunch in a typical restaurant with homemade food and family service, Solar Saloio is the recommended choice. To start, there was Mafra Bread, tasty Olives and a Dry Cheese. For main I ordered the Stewed Veal with French Fries and Rice. The meat was from the Aba area and as such it was a tasty and tender meat that fell apart with each bite, it was accompanied by good rice and homemade French fries, it also came with a well served mixed...
Good traditional food with great price and everything is made fresh. Really happy we came here. It’s a cash only cafe so do bring cash. We had the bbq chicken and the fish too and both were great. I wish we ordered a side of tomato’s instead of chips but perhaps next
