A year ago, I rated my experience at Sushi Fashion in Beloura as Excellent.
Nowadays I have a diametrically opposite opinion. And, apparently, I started to realize that I wasn't the only one who had this strange perception, that people take us for fools. Just pay attention to the level of employee turnover. Nobody can handle it! It seems like everyone is working under pressure! There is no joy in that house. I've even seen people who had to hide some tears that stubbornly insisted on not wanting to remain hidden.
At this moment I feel cheated by an application they use, which supposedly records the customer's attendance and allows them to have their tenth meal for free, as was the case in the past with the physical card. This was more difficult to cheat, because the stamps applied for each meal were controlled by the customer.
Today, stupidly, I went back there and... well done! I felt robbed again! A customer who has lunch there once a week no longer uses the menu to place their order. You already know what you want to eat, because, as in my case, you always eat the same menu, and therefore proceed with your order, without the need for additional consultations. In the end, when paying, not only do you realize that the application did not add up the meals for the day (because, today, mine should have been the tenth, the free one, witnessed by those who work there, who validated the previous week the registration number for my meals), as well as realizing that the coffee that was part of the menu last week was no longer part of the menu this week and would have to be paid for separately, that is, now there are two identical menus, with different prices , whether or not you want coffee. The most ridiculous thing is that my wife's menu, who had lunch with me, included coffee and she didn't drink it! Therefore, my coffee, which a few days ago stopped being an integral part of the Executive Menu, could perfectly have been absorbed into the menu of those who accompanied me at the meal, since it was part of hers and was omitted.
Someone, honest, at the very least, should inform customers, at the outset and not at the time of payment, of the changes that they unilaterally decided to introduce in a custom assumed by the repeated practice of a certain commercial behavior.
I would like to add that, with a table reserved, two days in advance, for the interior of the space and for 1 pm, they managed the reservation so well, that they only found a table for us at 1:45 pm.
Here some time ago I was also confronted, always at the time of payment, of course, with another installment in my account. This concerned a portion of sweet and sour sauce that had allegedly been ordered in excess of what they understood to be the quantity it deserved! I was amazed! They started to discriminate in the sauce!
Therefore, I have made the decision that I will not be taken for a fool again, nor will I ever again be forced to see and hear the humiliation to which employees are subjected by the employer. Therefore, good luck to everyone that this house may serve, because the disillusionment into which I have plunged will forever keep me from ever stepping foot on that unpleasant and revolting ground again.

I'm a Glovo courier and I always collect orders from this restaurant. I was there yesterday, they told me to come in, sit on some sofas reserved for customers, they offered me something to eat or drink (which I didn't accept), I waited for my order and I left there with a good impression and a feeling of dignity that we didn't find it anywhere. Rating 10!

We arrived at the restaurant with a reservation made using the fork app (which guarantees a different experience by having a 30% discount when ordering à la carte), we informed them upon arrival that we saw it at the fork, and they took us to the table.
When seeing the menu (in turn with a terrible experience: an infinite scroll on the cell phone because they show each piece of sushi piece by piece), what is our surprise when they say that the entire restaurant has a 30% discount and that you are welcome It's worth the reservation we made at the fork.
It wasn't enough that they adhered to this dynamic of the fork to mislead customers, when I asked the employee “so we don't have any different experience to come through the fork, and what do you have to say about that?” and the answer was simple: “I have nothing to say”. We left at that moment, and not because we didn't have a discount, but because of the lack of education, attention and concern for the customer. We will never go back.
Service (sometimes above quality) is what makes a customer loyal, but in time, sushi fashion will realize this.

We were greeted with a warm smile and exemplary professionalism by the staff. The service was impeccable throughout the meal, with constant attention without ever being intrusive.
The quality of the dishes lives up to the welcome.

Today, May 21st, I had the worst experience ever at Sushifashion in Beloura, on a Tuesday, with the restaurant far from being full. I'm usually a regular customer, but after what happened, I'll think twice before returning.
First, the owner wasn't present for the first time since I started going to the place. Instead of him, they had two young men serving outside. One of them was very friendly and hardworking, but the other was a walking disaster, making mistake after mistake. As if that wasn't enough, the room manager only showed up occasionally and, instead of helping, delayed the service even more.
At one point, I told the room manager that the service was taking an extremely long time. His response? "I already knew." No excuses, no trying to solve the problem. Just shocking indifference.
The whole night was a nightmare of endless waiting. I preferred to leave without ordering more items, dessert or coffee, such was the frustration.
Honestly, I never thought that a restaurant that I love so much could descend to this level of disorganization and incompetence. Something has to change urgently, or they risk losing customers.
In addition to all this, I asked for a liter of water and they gave me a bottle of filtered water, but the invoice showed Luso water worth €4. In the midst of all this, I didn't even question it and just paid to be able to leave.
