Sintra is rammed with tourists - even in October when we visited. Villa Craft Beer and Bread was like a sea of calm amidst the chaos. Just off the main street, we had a relaxed beer (my wife had Jasmin, I had Ginger) and delicious mini pizzas. Would definitely recommend.

Lovely small place with outdoor seating. Just a few minutes walk out of the busy historic center. Has lots of beers in bottles and about 10 on tap. They also have their own brewery. Great snacks too
We walked past the touristy stuff and thought maybe to grab a sandwich .. maybe takeaway for the train. Instead, we found our way into an incredibly charming space and got both a magical list of craft beers/ciders, but the absolutely best sandwich I have ever had. Do yourself a favor and pass up the touristy sidewalk fillers for a Cachaco de porco assado lentamente!
