“On our first evening in Pinhao I was perturbed to find that most of the bars closed, so was relieved to find O-Por-co open. My heart sank however when the beer tap gurgled its last just as we ordered and the barmaid advised that there was none left. Fortunately we found a bar across the road that was open, but I must say that my first impressions of Pinhao were very negative. The following evening, everything was open and I had to laugh when the barmaid gave me a cheeky smile and assured me that she had some beer on tap. You asked for a glass of wine and I said it couldn’t be possível only for drinks after you asked for a bottle of wine I carry on saying no because it’s a restaurant and is only for food and after of everything you asked me to eat so I said yes it’s possível.
