After a long journey in rain and fog, we arrived at our destination and what was no surprise, the Meeting was right next door. Without an appointment, we went there looking for comfort food and were pleasantly surprised with a still-steaming olive oil roll and the best fried rice ever. The owner of the restaurant was also friendly. I recommend it, it's a good experience.

To eat the best cabidela rooster and the best rabanadas in the world, it's here. In winter, the fireplace doesn't heat the room, but the red green warms the soul.

Cozy atmosphere and friendly service. Excellent quality homemade food. I recommend the goat and the olive oil bread. To be repeated on the next tour of Gerês!

The restaurant is located 50 minutes from Braga... a place in the middle of nature, very high up. On the road, cows and sheep along the way. The service is great, the food is homemade and tasty. We ordered roast veal. The icing on the cake were the starters: warm and tasty homemade bread. The roasted chorizo with a smoky flavor pleased everyone.

The restaurant operates by appointment.It is not recommended to go without calling in advance to check availability.The food was wonderful!As a starter, the following were served: chorizo (the best I had the opportunity to taste in Portugal), delicious olive oil bread - made in the restaurant itself, and goat cheese.As a main dish, we ordered red bean rice with greens and cod pataniscas.The desserts were also divine!I would also like to highlight the friendliness and courtesy of the service!The region is beautiful! If the weather permits, after lunch, it is highly recommended to take a walk along the dirt roads. There are many rapids with crystal clear water and a stunning landscape!

It is a mountain restaurant, it lacks a bit of lighting, the smell is a bit strong, it is compensated by the quality of the food and the friendly service, I highlight the bread made in the same restaurant and the cheese from the milk of their cows, both spectacular. For the main course we had beef chop with a complete garnish of French fries, rice with beans and cooked vegetables. The apple pie was also very good.

Authentic place what must mean excellent food as well. In 10 years you will not find this traditional and local place or you will pay crazy money for something mimicking that. This is the best place we did in 7 days and we know what to look for.
