O Lagar is a beautiful and cozy restaurant, likely one of the best in town. It offers a good selection of wines and a very good, short menu. Customers have raved about the traditional "posta" (regional meat dish), which was amazing. The friendly and patient staff provides excellent service and recommendations. Reviewers highly recommend this restaurant and plan to return.
The restaurant also serves an excellent almond tart and brown and almond panna cotta for dessert, which customers describe as superb. The owner is an excellent host, and the overall atmosphere and customer service are spectacular. One reviewer even tried a mini dessert the restaurant was testing, which was a pleasant surprise.
