I really like the food at this place, but I find the service worse and worse.Another thing is the Kids menu, the child orders thinking they will receive a surprise toy and every time the things that come on the menu are extremely disappointing to the children!Where has it been seen, putting a birthday hat on as a toy .I thought it was just my daughter who was disappointed, but in the half hour that I was there, I saw several children asking if that was the surprise.The company needs to review and analyze what its customers need, because the other day my daughter preferred to eat outside the mall!

Fries not cooked, not salted.Average burger I asked for a double burger the steaks were all thin.Good logic drink..For a burger restaurant I advise against going it's not worth it..

We used to come, whenever we passed through Torres Novas, to eat the veggie burger, which was quite good, with a bread that was very different from other restaurants of this type, a potato bread.The bread changed, it had an old look, nothing to do with the potato one. The hamburger I don't even know if it would be the usual veggie (no chicken) because it didn't even have the same flavor.. it lost a lot of quality in less than a month..I am very sorry for the change and they lose customers due to poor quality. Honestly, it doesn't seem like they care much about it either. They were practically empty on a Saturday at dinner and now I understand why..
Vegetarian options: Very few, just two hamburgers

Flee. The worst. The maid treats people like dogs. The only thing missing was spitting on the hamburger, if they did, I wouldn't be surprised. Potatoes without salt, barely fried almost raw. dog poorly prepared and heated in the microwave. There is 1 person to attend and even so they do not coordinate between them. The net in the french fryer was already orange from lack of cleaning. The drinks machine only has less than half of them.
