Acreditem ou não, hoje 03/05/2024 pelas 13h00, dirigi-me a este espaço, perguntei o que tinham para almoçar e após escolher sentei-me numa mesa. Até aqui tudo normal! Passados 27 minutos a comida ainda não tinha chegado, nem sequer colocou nada na minha mesa, copos talheres, entradas, sei lá, qualquer coisa! Nem sequer me perguntou o que queria beber ou não! Passou estes 27 minutos na conversa com outra cliente que chegou depois de mim foi atendida, consumiu e saiu! Passados estes longos 27 minutos decidi levantar-me e questionar a funcionária se se tinha esquecido de mim, ao que a mesma responde naturalmente: Oh, sim esqueci-me… É uma sopinha né? Obviamente não aceitei, sai imediatamente do local e disse apenas que era uma vergonha! Não escrevi no livro de reclamações pois perdi praticamente a hora de almoço em vão e ainda tive que sair e procurar outro espaço mais profissional para poder almoçar! Deixo aqui a minha crítica e espero que esta funcionária se deixe de conversa fiada e faça o o trabalho para o qual é paga! Neste tempo em que lá estive, tinha apenas a tal cliente amiga da funcionária e eu dentro do espaço e mesmo assim fui “esquecido”! Que vergonha!
