About Fronteira Gastrobar-Tapas Wines Gins

Fronteira Gastrobar-Tapas Wines Gins is a cozy restaurant located next to the old Portuguese customs. Despite its small size, the place is always busy, which speaks to its popularity. The outdoor seating offers beautiful views, and the menu includes delicious dishes like chops and cheese from the Sierra de Estrella and a unique lasagna with chicken, spinach, pepper, and a fried egg inside. The portions are small but satisfying, and the prices are reasonable. The restaurant also serves excellent coffee, making it a great choice for a meal in Valença do Minho. Customers often praise the well-made, well-presented cuisine and the beautiful decor. Many find the food good and well priced, with generous portions and friendly service. The place is very close to the old bridge connecting Spain and Portugal through Tui, and it is recommended to book in advance due to its popularity. Overall, it is considered a good spot for a successful, tasty meal with a cozy atmosphere.

We would like to point out or even recommend this establishment serving, among other things, tapas. Well-made, expensive and well-presented cuisine. I beautiful decor in the room. Our meal for 6 people was €81 with two liters of sangria. A word of advice, book.

A success to dine here. The food was good, well priced and the portions were good in quantity, the service was very friendly, they were full I would say and it didn't take us long to have dinner at all, everything very fast.

We had already passed this place several times and a few days ago we decided to go in.
It is very close to the old bridge that connects Spain and Portugal through Tui.
The place is beautiful, with very careful decoration.
The menu is not very extensive but everything we ordered was very delicious.
We liked it a lot
They treated us with kindness and although we didn't have a reservation we got a table.
Without a doubt we will repeat
100% recommendable
