Returning to Portugal with a visit to Valenca, Solar do Bacalhau was a big surprise. The environment, the employees, the cleanliness and of course the cod, it really is very well prepared. Highly recommendable.
Great place to eat in Valença, inside the fortress. We came with a reservation and everything was very good and very delicious, to repeat a thousand times. The service was great and very friendly, and the dishes had a spectacular flavour, yes, with a lot of quantity, so I recommend not going overboard as they come very full. Highly recommended is the knuckle at low temperature and the house bacalhau. The house's white green wine, also very delicious and very well priced.

A good experience, very good food, rich and abundant. Another point in favor is that here they bring you the dishes with accompaniments, which is what it says on the menu, but it doesn't happen like in others, where they charge you separately. Very good treatment. We will definitely return.
