The bread utilised in these francesinhas was fresh and circular with a slight crust and soft interior.

The prego sandwiches, too, utilised rare sirloin steaks which were generous in their thickness. The bread used was fluffy, soft and fresh. The sauce on the sandwich had a beautiful garlic-mustard flavour, which further accentuated the beautiful flavour in the rarity of the steak.
