I may not be the most appropriate judge to this traditional recipe as I don't particularly enjoy fatty very heavy food, so I will base my review predominantly on the service. Despite being a relatively quiet Monday night service was incredibly slow. We ordered a soup, a bifana and drinks, soup arrived immediately, then we waited 40 mins for two bifanas sandwiches accompanied by chips, whilst listening to the waiters chit chatting about their personal business with no interest in attending customers. Being literally a place that specialises in bifanas it was rather disappointing to have to wait that long. The bill came almost as slow as the food despite the repeated requests. Had the atmosphere not being spoilt by the never ending wait, we would have probably enjoyed the settings in the hot warm summer weather on the outdoor terrace.

The best restaurant to eat steaks. We've been there a few times, the terrace is super nice and they work very well. The bifanas are always delicious.. this time we tried the bifana in bolo do caco and it is even more delicious - fresh and soft bread, perfect with garlic butter and delicious meat, perfectly fried egg.

They're not steaks, they're ham sandwiches, such is the amount of meat I found on the bread... in a very slow and not very agile service. Choose one of the other restaurants around and just in case, ask them to serve you properly… it seems like it has become a favor to be well served!

Amazing food! Fast and attentive service. For those traveling with children, there are high chairs and a changing table in the bathroom. I loved the care of leaving a pastime for the little ones on the menu. We will definitely be back!

Another mandatory stop in Vendas Novas. We already knew another Bifanas place in the city but as they were closed we went to try Bifanas e Companhia. Very good too, excellent traditional Bifana and Bifana with cheese. Excellent chicken pie. Great price. Great desserts. Quick and kind service.
