Unfortunately, the approach and service to the public is very poor, an arrogant speech and a rude attitude towards customers. It was the first and last time I ate there. We went to this restaurant for dinner and my partner and I ordered grilled cuttlefish. When we were served by the waiter, who wasn't very friendly, he just asked us what we wanted to eat and didn't even ask about drinks before leaving. After a few minutes, he came back and said "there are no cuttlefish, we only have one", instead of being nicer and apologizing, and handed over the menu again. So, my companion ordered salmon. We waited a long time... While we were waiting, we observed the situation around us and noticed the waiters shouting the numbers of coffees, desserts, etc., sometimes even in the middle of the restaurant, which was a little unpleasant... On the menu It doesn't say the accompaniments of the dishes, but beforehand we had asked about the cuttlefish and as we were both going to eat the same thing, we forgot to ask about the salmon... When the food arrived, the salmon came with boiled potatoes, carrots and greens, and cuttlefish with boiled potatoes, carrots and salad. I ate the greens because my partner doesn't like them... As for the food, the potatoes and carrots were well cooked, but the greens were super salty and the cuttlefish were tough, I even had to ask for a serrated knife and, literally, They gave me a knife almost identical to the one I was using and I couldn't cut it... With all that, when I got home I started to feel really bad, with a lot of headaches... and I vomited all over because of the food.

Super tasty meal on a stopover during a road trip between Lisbon and Porto. The fish, I think Dorade, was really the tastiest I have ever eaten, lots of vegetables and a large potato. Only my 16-year-old daughter did not really like the meat or fish offering, so she only ate soup with bread, but that was also really tasty. Definitely not expensive for what you get. Delicious house wine (red).

Both Mr. Luis and Mr. Paulo were outstanding. Maybe sympathy is only for those who don't think they're superior just because they're paying.Thank you for the excellent sea bass, thank you for the way you dealt with the half hour we were lateVery good and I highly recommend it.PS- I don't know the people and it was the first time I went to the Rotunda restaurant.You'll come back again and again.
