We booked a table on a day when we knew, from the start, that it was going to be a complicated night because there was António Zambujo's concert in the square in front of the restaurant. We had a spectacular table in front of the stage and we were happy about it. What we didn't like were the major service failures that followed. We had a reservation for 10pm. We arrived early and were waiting for the table to be set. We waited 1 hour for an employee to come to our table to be served. The first drinks and bread appeared around 11pm. We had dinner almost at midnight. As I said, we were expecting the service to be slow, but never a 2 hour wait for dishes that were previously selected! Tables that arrived after us, including two tables of friends who were seated after us, left the restaurant before we were served our food. We spoke politely with the manager to explain that the service had indeed failed but that they still had the opportunity to rectify the situation. Instead of admitting their mistake and apologizing for the delay, they continued to argue as if they were right. In the end, they still told us never to come back. Well, it will be… with great shame because we are regular customers of the restaurant. They also didn't have packaging to take the remains home, nor toothpicks. The napkins were also placed on the table much later, so we spent half the meal using tissue paper that we had in our wallet. A night that could have been incredible was marked by the lack of level of service at this restaurant.

We had pasta with fish and it was fantastic. You shouldn't imagine it as we know it from a pizzeria, but rather it's more like a Portuguese cataplana, pasta with fish, vegetables and stock, but absolutely delicious. Plus nice service and a view of the sea. We will be back.

We were in Porto Santo for 2 days, we enjoyed it so much that we were in this restaurant both days! The brigadeiro cake was amazing, just like the food (fish pasta) without a doubt I will eat here again if I ever return to the island! Nice staff

Despite the friendly setting, the service is not up to par because the waiter is all alone. Food ok but prices too expensive.
