The food fits quite well within it and the price is tailored to suit. However, the waitresses and the attention are terrible. We will not return again because they are shamelessly unfriendly who do not know how to serve customers and speak badly.

The Francesinha was good, but not incredible. The beef wasn't the best and the fries shouldn't be inside the sauce because this way they will become soft. But besides that, it was good. Great localisation and staff.

I usually go there great! But then ordered garlic bread with the bread burnt underneath! Good hamburger, overcooked fries, not even pleasant to eat and I had to ask for sauces! I hope it will improve

The workers don't speak Portuguese
I’ve been going to Vila D’Artes for years. The food is very good and this crispy chicken burger (new) was delicious. Initially we ordered garlic bread with cheese which was also very good!
The service leaves a lot to be desired. There is no “good morning” or “thank you”, even on calmer days.
