We waited around 15 minutes just for someone to serve us, apart from the time for the francesinha to arrive... But the francesinha has an incredible flavor, I really liked it. The fries are paid separately, I thought it was unfair because the potatoes are frozen and come in small quantities. The service was good and calm.

Dinner for 5 people (1 of them a child) we spent around 1 hour waiting for the orders to come to the table, we ordered 2 starters, 1 starter came, then the child's order came, who ate everything and they still hadn't served us the second starter, then came the starter and then the francesinhas, with dry steak and cold potatoes. They noticed a lack of resources in the kitchen, the few employees they had were apologizing and did their best, but we saw tables waiting a long time to be served, they noticed that even if the problem came from the kitchen, it was necessary to invest in adding more staff and more communication in the team..
