Bad service, poor quality food in relation to the price charged.
The employees don't seem to know how to work, it's a shame.

We ate pasta. The gnocchi and cannelloni are normal, medium-small portions. Rich but not outstanding. It's not expensive. Good option to eat something after the beach

The experience began when I tried to make a reservation over the phone and was informed that they did not accept reservations and it had to be on a first-come, first-served basis. However, when I arrived at the establishment, there were tables with a reserved sign.

Afterwards, the waiter was not very interested in serving since we had to ask him to come to the table, otherwise we would be forgotten.

Then the pizza, after waiting for some time (approximately 45 minutes), arrived warm, almost cold, which gave an immediate feeling of having been forgotten (this is because I've been to this restaurant a few times and the pizza was always hot and crispy).

At the end of lunch, they never came to us to pick up the plates and hand over the dessert menu. So, I had to ask the gentleman who was serving us for the dessert menu. Since we were ignored again, we asked another man in the room to bring us the dessert menu, which he was quite quick to do.
After that, they never came to our table again, I went straight to the cashier to pay and left without dessert or coffee.

In short: it's a shame to see this restaurant heading in this direction, with uncommunicative, unorganized staff, which then causes a bad experience with the food, as it arrives cold.

The interior of the restaurant is very beautiful and well-kept. The exterior leaves something to be desired. It has a different environment.

It didn't take long to serve and there is a lot of variety on the menu.
However, the francesinha was very disappointing due to the sauce. The prices are high, I expected good quality, however the sauce was extremely watery. The Frenchie was soaked. The meat was good.

The staff were unwelcoming and made mistakes when ordering (mistake and error). We asked for extra cheese for some pasta and we also waited a long time, they had forgotten.

I also tried calling several times to make a reservation, but they never answered.

Very poor price-quality ratio.

I ordered a monkfish risotto with prawns, which had absolutely nothing in terms of risotto. A simple cooked rice, tasteless and salty. The monkfish was also pretty bad (if it was an anglerfish). I've given the benefit of the doubt several times, but now I've given up! It's not worth the price!
