The experience at this restaurant was terrible from start to finish. Unfriendly employees, they don't communicate with the kitchen and they have no empathy. We were waiting for dinner for more than 1 hour, with a baby crying with hunger, they didn't even bring his soup when he saw this scene. It was disorganized, they made a mistake with the dish, they ignored questions I asked about the food... The food was super salty and the dessert was too sweet. The employees are unhappy but the customers are not to blame. I don't recommend it to anyone and I won't be back.

I go to this restaurant several times (always for dinner) and I'm always very happy when I leave there. Great food, excellent service and very good space. The only thing they should improve was access because there are lots of stairs and, for wheelchair users or the elderly, it is very complicated. The girl (Brazilian) who serves me is always incredibly friendly. Very sweet, friendly and with very good customer service. The only thing that really made me sad was that the guy saw some customers tipping the girl and called her attention so she could put the tip in the piggy bank for everyone. Her work is absolutely extraordinary and I think that, if clients give her something, it is because they truly admire HER work and that value, however small it may be, should go to her (or whoever the client turns to). If the customer wanted the tip to be shared by everyone, they would put it in the piggy bank right next to the cash register. Other than that, it's a great restaurant and I'll be back often. I believe that what makes me come back most often is the service given by the girl at dinner (and the food, which is absolutely extraordinary). VERY approved quality-price ratio.
