Wow and wow again, I discovered by chance THE nicest restaurant in Waterloo, superb atmosphere, pleasant people, well-balanced background music, a menu full of dishes, each one more appetizing than the last. Well placed at the bar, I could see the dishes coming out of the kitchen, everything looked good with a very appetizing touch of professional presentation. Local craft beers, homemade bread, delicious desserts...in short, I have to come back.

Just a super wow! There were 7 of us and no one had a negative comment, everything was perfect, cooking, taste, I don't think I've ever been so satisfied. Evan our server was impeccable, it took us 45 minutes to get there and we will definitely go backDietary restrictions: Server was able to advise a member who has a gluten intolerance, again impeccable!
