This was one of the most interesting places we found on our culinary tour of Quebec and I'm already thinking about when we can get back that way to eat at this restaurant again. Let's just say It's not the size of the kitchen but how you use it that matters, and there's no doubt this chef knew exactly what he was doing. Delicious!
Une superbe découverte ! Ce restaurant a été une véritable pépite. J’ai dégusté une burrata fondante et un risotto au chorizo parfaitement assaisonné et gourmand. Chaque bouchée était un régal ! Le service était impeccable, et l’ambiance chaleureuse a rendu l’expérience encore plus agréable. Je recommande vivement pour un repas inoubliable. Bravo à l’équipe ! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Still so good! The dishes are simple, but delicious! We took several dishes to share, perhaps 1 or 2 would have been missing given that the quantities are quite small, but all in all, we had a very nice dinner for my brother's birthday, in addition to the glass of bubbles was 50% hihi!
