My favorite lunch restaurant in Alma. Generous portions and lots of options on the menu. We don't wait for the unlimited coffee stove. I recommend the La populaire plate. Personal preference: I ask without the strawberry coulis and with Nutella only.

I go regularly during the week during my dinner hour. I always have a very warm welcome, the people are smiling, in a good mood, the atmosphere is very pleasant. Both the welcome and the service. Impeccable service, I am always served to perfection. They recognize their customers and in the kitchen too. The lunches are always excellent, the cooks are all very good but one in particular (Kimberley).. I recommend to everyone.

There were 3 of us, they placed us at a table very quickly and served coffee immediately, but it got spoiled later. We placed our order and the wait began, an hour later apart from the coffee we received nothing and we looked at the people who arrived after us and who were already served, my daughter got up to go talk to the waitress who found bogus reasons and a few minutes after that we received our plates which by the way were cold… which leads us to believe that she had forgotten us…. we decided to cross this restaurant off our list.. ?

Meal for 4 on a Wednesday lunchtime, even though the dining room is not full. We are quickly seated, the order is placed just as quickly, then a long and interminable wait begins, without follow-up from the service team, which leaves us hanging around. Neighbors even leave without having ordered, forgotten by the floor team! The plates arrive one hour after the order. We notice that some of our dishes have waited a long time under the stove! The portions are generous and it's still good. At the end of the meal, despite a request, we have to go to the kitchen to get our bill! $87 to have brunch for 4 and leave angry…! We should have done like the neighbors: left when there was still time! Perhaps it would be better to refuse customers if the kitchen does not provide, or at the very least, to advise customers that the wait will be abnormally long...

The decor is beautiful, charming. But the service, phew! Usually I am very flexible on the service. But today! Ouch! My patience has reached its limit.
My daughter ordered a latte, which arrived after about 20-25 minutes. And we were able to order after the waiter invented a reason for this delay - He had to pick up a mess in the kitchen, to avoid having a CNESST accident. But since when does a waiter pick up a mess in the kitchen? Do I look like a suitcase?! We could see the waiter in the kitchen very clearly, we never saw him wiping. Personally, I had a filter coffee: The coffee must have spent the morning on the stove, completely burnt. The meals were impeccable depending on the type of restaurant, at least we ate well. To apologize for the delay, the waiter did not charge us the latte and exceeded the tip. At least he got his act together.
