Really ordinary to drive 40 minutes and see that it closes before closing time. (more than 30 minutes before closing). If it is not possible to provide the service, it might be good to just change the opening hours.

I'm not really the type to complain but the service wasn't really great, they didn't understand what was said and did the exact opposite. They were tired of working and it was clear that they were in a hurry even though there was no one at the drive-thru. The service was not great + they forgot a few things too.

45 minutes for 3 strips of chicken, sauce and beverage. About fifteen of us were standing in the restaurant waiting. Errors on almost all orders that ended up being ready. Lack of management. Employees are lost and don't know how to manage order order. The orders come out and they tell us what is in the bag but no one is sure whose order it is because we all order similar things and there are errors in the orders. Customers who have been waiting for almost 1 hour served after customers who have just arrived. People enter the restaurant and leave because they are discouraged or wait at the counter for the cashier to come see them but the guy is hidden in the kitchen so they leave, not wanting to wait 1 hour like the other customers.

Terrible and terribly slow service. The employees are courteous but obviously the management is horrible. Go somewhere else, it takes longer than a table service restaurant.
