Arriving at the restaurant there was almost no one there. We were 4 people with a child. It didn't take long to sit, but once you sat down, the disaster began. A good 30 minutes before seeing a waitress at our table. Without drinks, glasses of water, nothing to wait for. Once our order is taken, we receive our starters after a long wait. Out of 3 melted parmesan starters, all 3 were completely frozen inside. The main meal was not better, the poutines were very disappointing, the fries were barely cooked yet almost black. A more regular change of fryer oil wouldn't hurt. The waitresses are unprofessional and eat gum between tables.. All this to say that we were very disappointed and will probably not return to the Normandin Alma.
Thank you Normandin! A spaghetti with a homemade taste and a generous pizza, I didn’t need more to be happy! I discovered you thanks to your generous participation in our family golf tournament, I can’t wait to visit you in branch! My 4 teenagers and my partner loved it too, that says it all!
