It tasted okay, nothing impressive. $40 for 2 people, just one dish each, no drinks or extras.

Unwelcoming staff, uncooked and poorly seasoned dishes, lousy on-site service despite comments made to staff who don't care... when leaving the fast food restaurant they look askance and don't respond to our "goodbyes"

Very disappointed although I am used to this brand in various other cities

The cashier doesn't even know that there is a promotion every day and persists with me even after showing her the poster in the window. She says no but finally she finds it on her crate. No spring roll, no lime, we just canceled the order and left. Anything... probably the employee just did it without training, certainly not his fault. For the lack of food, it is to the manager or owner that I am aiming this message.

I would like to draw attention to this racist fanatic Ibrahim Kijic, who behind his false complaints hides his effervescent racism. How Doordash likes to hire a racist electron, which tarnishes its reputation. As of today, me, my family, friends and colleagues have decided to no longer order from doordash. As for this Thai express from Alma, my sisters and brothers have always been pleasantly served by this young African employee (since he was identified as such), who is of unparalleled professionalism and speed. The meals were always perfect. We will continue to come to order and congratulations for this welcome. THANKS.

Ordered online via the app. Takeout order for 5:30 p.m. I arrive at 5:30 p.m. and my order is already on the counter but one thing is missing. I wait 30 minutes to be told that there are no more steamed ravioli… 30 minutes @&$&& the rest of the order is cold after this wait. First and last experience… lousy service. Order of $65. Never tip in advance again.

Quite an unpleasant experience on my part, the website indicates that the restaurant closes at 8:30 p.m., I try to enter the restaurant at 7:40 p.m. everything is blocked and closed. I called afterwards to find out if there was a problem or anything that caused the restaurant to be closed so early and the young girl who answered me in a very haughty tone seemed to make fun of my review and my comment. If the hours are to be this inadequate and accessible, employees could at least be well-intentioned, respectful and attentive.

I am a delivery driver and i deliver for this restaurant all the time. There is an african male employee and since begining of the march he always keeps me 40 minutes on purpose. He cant find the order receipts or there some other problem. I don't know why is he doing this to me but i expect to be treated better. This restaurant is one of the worst ones because of that employee. He prepared food for everyone and didn't prepare mine on his free time. After me someone else came to the store and he prepared for them. He is always wasting my time for fun.

The food is good despite mistakes that should not be made.However, one might believe that the schedules are à la carte. I've been told twice that it's closed (once last Saturday at 7 p.m. when it says it closes at 8:30 p.m. and today at 6:55 p.m. when it's supposed to close at 7:30 p.m.) more only disappointed... we should agree on the schedules. ?

Yesterday I ordered two pad thai and a pad see ew with three starters, when I opened my bag at home it had two pad see ew and a pad thai, and only 2 starters out of 3.. that's too many every time this happens it's really disappointing
