Since last year, the staff has changed. There are still experienced staff throughout, but there were new ones who had difficulty understanding when taking orders and were less friendly. The meatballs can be overcooked from time to time, resulting in a disappointing experience. Otherwise, when everything is done well, it's really good!
I'm going to give 3 stars because before today I didn't have a problem. On the other hand, today the service was not at its best. The employee at the cash register did not speak loudly. We asked for CHOCOLATE MILK… gave us a hot latte??? I told him chocolate milk, he took the latte back and was going to make me a hot chocolate… I mentioned 4x chocolate milk to him… then for the iced latte with caramel essence.
