Ordered a tea a cookie sandwich and 2 cheese croissants everything was okay besides that they think tea is the same thing as coffee now glad I'm not allergic to coffee or I'd likely be dead like my poor cookie also apparently cheese croissants are the same as plain ones just a lot of confusion here apparently or just illiterate people who can't read properly.

They don't put sign that drive true is closed and make people wait in line for no reason. Then when get to the window they tell to go back in line even if speaker does not work

Extremely long service. There are always endless queues. Weekend service takes forever. It's not normal to wait 30 minutes at the drive-thru when there are only 4 cars.

I'm from Montreal, usually when we come to this region it's always drive-thru service. Today I decided to return. BLT order WITHOUT BECAN, when I discovered the error and I approached the counter, the employee said Yesiiiiii, as if I had gone to see her and I had annoyed her with my requests. She was really stupid. Dear employers, put the right person in the right place. Customer service is very important.

Very slow drive-thru service! Very difficult to get your order quickly. I understand the lack of manpower but there are enough people inside to shut down the drive-thru.

Otherwise the people are friendly despite everything. The drive-thru service will absolutely have to be corrected.

Went inside to order coffee. Waited 10 to 15 min with only 2 customers in front of me. While I was waiting, I was watching them work.The employee working cash at drive thru, grabbed a donut with his bare hands and Insert it into a bag....not very hygienic.Will never order food there.
