Lots of choice, hello my Coco potatoes are good... Unfortunately it's often lukewarm. The service leaves something to be desired, you have to run behind the waiters to get coffee, water... The glasses of water were dirty. Hello my Coco in Chomedey is excellent on all points but the one in Anjou leaves something to be desired.

Shout out to the tall blondy with tattoos that made us wait 20 minutes,came by our table 3 times and didn't take a 2nd look at us wondering if we've been served yet.While,other tables that came after us got served first. At least,give us water or coffee lol.

Visited on Christmas Day and was impressed by the cheerful waitress who handled the chaos with grace and warmth. The food was good, the service excellent, and this location stands out among the franchise for its quality and hospitality. Bonus points for answering phones and welcoming guests eagerly.

However, the coffee needs improvement, and I wish they would wash their fruit. Despite these minor flaws, this branch is a top pick for great food and service.

Very good value for money, courteous service, lots of choice and fast service.

Wheelchair accessibility: No obstacle from the outside to the table, drop-off point near the front door. Inside aisles wide enough for wheelchairs, bathroom for the disabled perfectly adapted.

I had been to this place before when an acquaintance ran it so some kind of expectation was there expecting the same quality and service, but unfortunately,
it didn’t live up to my previous exerience. My daughter’s acai bowl came out as a soupy mess—not once, but twice after the waitress noticed the disappointment in both of our eyes.
My friend’s sunny side-up eggs were cooked all the way through,
and the brown bread I ordered was actually white and the crepes I ordered were cold and both my friend and I were not offered any type of syrup with our crepes.
On top of that,
we were never given water and had to practically beg for coffee refills.
The place wasn't even busy,
felt unorganized with a lot of staff lingering around, and there was a long line of people waiting to be seated.
It’s frustrating when the basics like order accuracy and service are missed, especially when the place seems to be so popular.

The waitress was excellent she went out of her way to get us whatever we needed. This was a girls brunch. We enjoyed the food!

We were disappointed with our experience at Allo Mon Coco. We had ordered coffees, but they brought us something else instead. When we pointed out the mistake, the waitress responded that she was “just a waitress,” without attempting to correct the situation. Despite this, we were still charged for the incorrect drinks. This kind of service is disappointing and does not reflect expectations.
