Poulet Rouge is a fast food option on the healthier side. The restaurant offers several choices to create a meal to individual liking. It is rather affordable compared to other fast food restaurants. The veggies are always fresh crunchy, the sauces are each unique and tasty, and the bases are a good addition. The chicken is sometimes perfectly charred, but can also be over cooked and on the dry, tough side. The meal was a lot more filling than expected. Service is always quick and efficient. The staff are super generous with portions, always friendly, and have never messed up an order. This particular location has very little atmosphere as it is located in the food court of les galeries d'anjou.
