Our waitress was so nice and attentive. The food was very very very subpar for the price. I got the ribs and mashed potatoes. The ribs were pretty flavourless, and the mashed while very good were cold. My friend got a burger and it was just okay.

we had my brothers 20th bday and the ambience was great! hockey game was playing in the background so people were having a good time. our server bruno was super nice and accommodating recommend asking for him! recommend to have any birthday or special dinners here.

Service was very slow, server hardly ever came back to the table. Twice we had to get up and ask someone else. Food was mediocre. Even complained about one item that was really not good, and was still charged for it. Not worth the time or the price.

- The table setup was very cramped.
- The onion rings were not fresh and were very hard. Fortunately, they replaced them with a new order.
- The BBQ ribs were dry, which was very disappointing—especially since they’re supposed to be a signature dish.
- Overall: Disappointing experience for the price point.

We went to the Baton Rouge at Galeries d’Anjou for a quick family lunch — my husband, my daughter, and I. The hostess was wonderful and very accommodating, but unfortunately, that’s where the positives end.

The food was truly disappointing. Everything lacked flavor and tasted overwhelmingly greasy, as if it had all been cooked in old oil.

We ordered the cheese sticks, which came with a thick, crumbly batter completely soaked in oil. The mac and cheese was basically plain pasta sitting in oil with a few breadcrumbs on top. The fries were stale and tasted like bad oil, and the fries that came with the chicken tenders were burnt. The chicken itself had no flavor, and the batter was unpleasant and oily. My husband’s ribs were far too sweet and did not taste fresh.

Overall, the meal was unappetizing and felt like a waste of money. Sadly, I wouldn’t recommend this location — I suggest you stay away until the quality improves.

Classic dinner for pleasing any crowd: steaks, fish (the salmon got amazing reviews!), pastas and salads as well as shrimps and lobsters. Even végétarians were happy to dine there! The kids menus are very well balanced: get a chicken breast with rice or potatoes and seasoned vegetables for 11-13$ including a generous ice cream cup!
Easy parking. Located within interior access to Galeries d’Anjou, ideal for shoppers!
Only downside was a lot of upselling from waiters from the moment you sit down until departure.

The staff is super friendly! I went to the bar cause I was there for a quick drink, Fiona served me and was super professional and personable! She had a great knowledge of the drinks menu and gave me suggestions. She made a great spicy bloody ceasar since that's what I was craving! I went back with a friend, we recieved amazing service all around. Thank you!
