ordered boeuf au jus and would not give meat to my dog..when we spoke to manager he was kind enough NOT to charge us for dusgusting plate of fat boiled meat ..that we did not eat..offered us a steak that had just as much fat and mashed potatoes full of lumps ..we went to have a family meal and all we did was argue with manager for 90 minutes and 1 of us did not even eat anything...i ate half my sinewed steak because i was hungry..i was a customer for years but not anymore..i guess that was reason why restaurant only half full on a saturday night..

Last Thursday we went to dinner for my friend's party, there were 3 of us. We ordered filet mignon but it was not cooked as requested, we informed the waiter and he brought another one which was better. Atmosphere: there were 3-4 groups of more than 10 people. Our server Denis never smiles and it's not the first time we've seen him. I ordered 1 glass of wine and it took about half an hour to receive it and I got it at the same time as my meal. Disappointed. We also ordered ribs and fries and I informed the waiter that I wanted to bring back the rest, namely a portion of ribs and fries, and when he gave us the small box there was only the rest of the ribs, the We notified him and he gave us another small box with fries. Disappointed with the service. If I go back I'll make sure I'm not in his section.

Wasn't satisfied with the tower very disappointed. Shrimp had no flavor .calamari were so hard they served the 2 plates without tower ...they ran out of towers
When I saw this tower on social media it looked amazing

Cold food, without seasoning, and high value for what was offered. They responded asking me to send an email with a value, and I understood that they would at least compensate us with an apology or compensation. I sent an email with prices and there was no response. Unfortunately, I won't give you another opportunity.

Pleasant restaurant which offers a good menu.
Dare to make parmentier soup, a real delight!
I recommend the Ribs for those with a sweet tooth, they are really good

Good restaurant, on the other hand the ribs were dry although I ate several times at baton rouge and I always loved them...the hamburger was good!

We tried to have an evening with office colleagues, after 1 hour the boss came to see us to tell us that we would soon have to leave and cut our evening short. Apparently it was “written on the website”

Excellent service throughout the meal, thank you to the lady who gave us a great experience. There was a new menu the same day, we wanted a salad with tuna tataki, we were lucky that the chef prepared it for us anyway! Very good salad, too bad it’s no longer on the menu now!

Very, very, very disappointed. We had a reservation for 5:30 p.m. As soon as we arrived, we were informed that we had to leave by 7:30 p.m.!! The entire service was expeditious. The main dishes were served to us even though we had not finished the starter. Having coffee and dessert didn't seem like it would be possible. This involved changing tables even though the restaurant was full. Learn to manage your reservations well, at the price of your plates it's really ordinary to be rushed like this. We're not in a fast food restaurant.

It was my first and certainly last time at Baton Rouge d'Anjou.

Food: the dish I had was very salty and this thought was also shared by other people in the group. The gnocchi was not melt in the mouth and the haloumi was not even slightly toasted before being added to the rest of the dish. I expected better.
Service: this point was clearly the most disappointing of the evening. Our server didn't seem to care much about our table. It took him almost an hour to take our order. Taking charge, he just left when one last member of the group finally arrived without even saying if and when he was going to return. At the service, he did not come to ask us if we were satisfied with our plates.
While clearing the plates, I told him that I wasn't sure of my dish (3/4 full) and asked him what could be done. He simply said he was going to get rid of me...something he was already doing by the way. No consideration for my experience. Is it any surprise to you that he didn't ask the others if they were satisfied with their meals or if they had eaten well?
When we arrived at the restaurant, we informed one of the hostesses that we were celebrating a teenager's birthday. We had to ask again about 30 minutes after our plates had been cleared and when he served the portion of tiramisu, he quickly put it down and went back to fold his napkins, an activity which seemed very busy throughout his evening.
He never asked if we wanted anything else after the meal and I had to ask for the bill since I didn't have the impression he was going to come see us for a long time.
In short, unpleasant experience and I do not recommend this place. To avoid.

Poor. Dinner with friends. Onion soup: cheese a little melted but nothing more, very lukewarm soup. We turned it over, it came back a little hotter but still lukewarm and the cheese not very melted. Very ordinary taste.
Caesar salad, we'll come back. Ordinary.
I won't go back there.

So disappointed, starter of spinach cheese artichoke dip: it looked more like leek cream diluted with no artichokes. The salmon salad with too much vinaigrette, the whole thing didn't taste much apart from the smoked salmon which was ok. In short, we were all disappointed, I don't think we'll go back.
