I go here once in a while due to the kid friendliness and I do like the food. But the service is excruciatingly slow. It has never taken less than 30 mins from the moment I am assigned a table to the moment I get my food (though it's usually more around the 45 min mark), even when it's not that busy. Why does a kid portioned peperonni pizza take twice as long to make as any other pizzeria? Maybe the restaurant is just understaffed. I would never go out of my way to eat here and I don't recommend you do either.

The service, as usual, is slow. Almost nobody, and it was hard to get our waitress to come over and get refills on drinks. I was there for a co-worker's birthday lunch. The food was plain and bland. The presentation was poor and boring. If this franchise closes, it will not be sad. The owner is just about profits and not food . You can find other places to go eat much better food.

Went today, was greeted by two hostesses. Brought the utensils late. We wanted to get extra napkins. Flagged one of the hostesses, and you can see she visibily saw us, but chose to ignore us. Then we saw another hostess and instead of coming to us she went to the waitress. I wanted a refill of my soda, but the waitress was nowhere to be found. You could hear them all laughing in the kitchen. At this point we just wanted to pay and leave. The service was just horrible.

Very poor service consistently with delivery. I’ve ordered many times with this Boston Pizza and it ALWAYS takes over an hour to receive my order. Sometimes up to an hour and a half. I live close to the restaurant which makes the delivery time unacceptable. Please call your customers to warn them of delays!! Do not keep them guessing!! Their delivery drivers are also unprofessional. I once got harassed by their delivery driver who insisted I give him more tip and wouldn’t leave my front door. I’m sorry but tip is at the customer’s discretion and I don’t appreciate being spoken to disrespectfully. While the food is good and portions are generous, they forgot items in my order TWICE, yet I was charged for them. Finally, they eliminated their sausage pasta and chicken quesadillas for some reason. Their menu has downgraded. I’m not interested to continue ordering from here with all these negative aspects.

It's Friday May 12th, 2023. I arrived at 5pm. Our waitress first tried to sit us (we were 5 adults) at a small booth for 4. It didn't work out. I asked for a bigger table, obviously.Once that got sorted out, the waitress took our order, didn't write anything down.At 5:40pm she came back and didn't remember what our order was. She came back to confirm our order and got all 5 plates wrong.Its currently 6:40pm and we are all still waiting......Worst service ever.AVOID THIS PLACE!!!
Well, what can I say.....First of all, we did not even made it to the table. We passed by, my wife and I saw that they have a terrace that we can chill with some food and drinks. NOOO. The "kid" ( because we employ kids nowadays, that dont know to be polite or professional) at the front said " I can't sit you outside, because the waitress is busy with the bar and the terrace. Soooo, he can't put more pressure on her.He proposed to be inside........( if I wanted inside, I would probably stay home, inside ). We left before I made scene. I called back to talk to the manager, she said " sir, you have to be more indulging, since one my employee left in the middle of the shift " and since my wife wanted their " famous chicken salade ( don't ask me why ) we went to another Boston pizza. Use to be a nice place. Service has gone down dramatically. 2 “managers” walking around checking their phones , chewing food and doing nothing else while the waiters are running around like crazy. The hostess eating her lunch on a table in the dining room. Our waitress was great however. Will not go back
