Food was good, place was full, music and ambiance was there but service extremely slow, waiting over 30min for food. But the waitress was still very nice

Nous avions réservé une table standard. Nous avons attendu plus de 30 minutes dans la file, pour finalement nous entendre dire qu'il n'y avait que deux places au bar. Tant pis, nous avions faim. La musique était tellement forte qu'on pouvait à peine s'entendre parler ; nous avons dû crier pour passer notre commande. Quand la nourriture est arrivée, les portions étaient plus petites qu'il y a quelques années. Mon burger était sec et trop salé. De plus, je ne comprends pas pourquoi ils facturent des frais supplémentaires pour remplacer les frites. J'avais demandé sans frites, sans coleslaw, juste une salade verte, et on m'a facturé des frais supplémentaires ! La salade était minuscule.

We were 20 people with reservations who were drinking at full capacity and despite that after not even two hours… Time-up get out…. Very disappointed to be pushed from behind like that…. No time for a coffee dessert.

$$$$ money is great but you lack long term vision... your restaurant is probably full 2 ​​times - 3 times this evening but how many will come back if you rush them all like us?

Delicious food, respectable portions, good service.
Where things go wrong is the reservation time agreement not respected. We were asked to leave 1 hour before the time offered at the time of booking despite being told we had time left.
The bills were distributed without offering us coffee and desserts, and even though our glasses of alcohol were not finished.
We asked for explanations from the manager, who told us that there was an error regarding the group that was supposed to leave, but our entire group had left. Was he telling the truth or was our departure accommodating him given the line of people waiting for a table?
