I went for my birthday
on a Friday evening with a reservation.
Our waitress Christiana gave us EXCELLENT service, smiling, attentive, professional and efficient, a real gem🖤
The food lived up to our expectations.
Honorable mention for your coleslaw
creamy which is much better than that of St-Hubert BBQ.

We were 20 people with reservations who were drinking at full capacity and despite that after not even two hours… Time-up get out…. Very disappointed to be pushed from behind like that…. No time for a coffee dessert.

$$$$ money is great but you lack long term vision... your restaurant is probably full 2 ​​times - 3 times this evening but how many will come back if you rush them all like us?

Delicious food, respectable portions, good service.
Where things go wrong is the reservation time agreement not respected. We were asked to leave 1 hour before the time offered at the time of booking despite being told we had time left.
The bills were distributed without offering us coffee and desserts, and even though our glasses of alcohol were not finished.
We asked for explanations from the manager, who told us that there was an error regarding the group that was supposed to leave, but our entire group had left. Was he telling the truth or was our departure accommodating him given the line of people waiting for a table?

I really appreciated the service and the atmosphere.
But I was disappointed with the food. Honestly average...
I had a hamburger (Jacques) and poutine.
The meat patties were really too dry and it was lukewarm.
The poutine sauce didn't have much flavor and there wasn't enough of it. And the fries tasted like they were frozen.
However, the cheese was good.
But unfortunately in small quantities...
Certainly way too expensive for what it is.

Very nice atmosphere and well maintained. The breaded red pickle was delicious and the Flam burger was great, I was served by Laurence and had very good service. The only thing I found less interesting was that the chairs and table were sticky. In the price evaluation I took a beer and a starter. I recommend this restaurant.
