I order for pick up by the phone a order of 50 puffs with the sauces flavors on the side and they understood my request 🫶
When I arrive at the place, welcoming great service and it's a pretty clean store at this Mr.Puffs location ❤️ This one is located at the Galerie d'anjou (but the entrance is outside only can't go from the mall inside unfortunately).
It was delicious, kids loved the little dessert, it's a lovely treat to share with the family after eating dinner ! 😋 😋 😋

Missing items and no utensils with Uber order... I don't know how they can forget when it's clearly written. You can get a refund for the missing item or go to the store but it's really not worth it since we pay big price to have it delivered with all the items

Hear me out! The service was ok the people were very polite and respectful to us but the puffs were not fresh and had a oily taste but the ice cream was creamy and delicious!but sadly overall this place wasn’t great.

Bad service, most of the time unpleasant employees, today I had 3 errors (wrong flavor of ice cream, wrong soaking) in the order, in short everything had to be redone, I informed the employee she did nothing done to correct his mistake. Never set foot there again.
