Best tasting Smoked Salmon Spread around, and works deliciously with Montreal style bagels. I used to eat this in my youth in the 80's, when i lived in Montreal. It had basic packaging then, but the taste is unforgettable. Heads up if you are flying. Be advised not to bring the 160g containers in your carry-on. We have been buying Matchas herring for years. The reason my folks are as old as they are 99 and 97 is because the east herring says the owner of National Herring. High protein. These people are fabulous.
