La bisque de homard la plus mauvaise que j'ai goûté et même senti. J'avais l'impression d'être dans le container derrière la poissonnerie. Plus jamais!!!
Ne sait pas du tout calculé les portions par personne, fraîcheur assez ordinaire mais surtout de la sur-vente total car les quantités par personnes sont ridicule ce qui donne toujours des pertes de plus 50-60% des achats.
