Poor and slow service. Embarrassing lack of selection in terms of food items. Workers who don't say bonjour or have a good day. Workers who don't know how to make an iced capp either. So either there's lack of training or just sheer incompetence. Employees who work at a snail's pace which means the line is extremely long no matter when you go. There are plenty of cookies, donut, timbit....at sweet section. I like peanut cookies and encent donuts, which are not too sweet?. It's good to have them with ☕️. Coffee: I like hot vanilla; half vanilla and half coffee mix that tasted good - not too sweet. However, my cup of coffee ( hot or cold) is always not full enough ???.
