I never before had a lasagna with nothing, no cheese, no ham, no meet, 10 slices of lasagna and just that. On the top the sauce with meet sauce. The worst lasagna I’ve had ever. Don’t eat there!

I paid a $21 salad for lettuce and a piece of chicken, the bacon was included but it was non-existent… plus the salaciousness was extremely abundant and bad, too expensive for such a small quantity, I do not recommend !

First of all, if I could give 0 stars I would. The old lady was already on edge and impolite the moment i ordered even though there was 0 customers behind me. She didn’t specify that the chicken poutine only has one size ( which is big but isnt actually big) the poutine was served on a plastic plate instead of takeout and the chicken was raw and cold. I went back to get a refund and instead of being understanding and helpful she thought it was a better idea to be even more rude and say that I was trying to get the food for free. I work in the center and usually get a pizza there so money isnt an issue. She was very disrespectful and threw the money at me. I still dont know why they are still open

This is the last time we come here. If you don't want to pay and then go home hungry (NEVER, NEVER) don't go to this fast food restaurant. Dirty tables, rude and stingy staff. They were very rude to the customer for giving ketchup (which is free everywhere). Additional amount requested for ketchup. Also the fries were cold. We wasted our money and they made us angry!
Great pizza when it's fresh. But the service is terrible. The middle.aged lady who works there is impatient and makes you feel like you are a nuisance rather than an appreciated customer.

A big lack of honesty on the part of the cashier last night on December 20 who took a $5.00 tip without notifying my 12 year old daughters who were paying electronically! The girls did not realize they had just paid more because she did not hand over any invoices or receipts. $40 for a lasagna at $14:50 (shown at $13.95 on your board), a small tortellini and 2 drinks... with the choice that the Anjou galleries offer, last time we come to your counter! Enjoy your $5 and have a good holiday season!

The food leaves a lot to be desired. Pizza is way too doughy to the point where it feels undercooked. I love pizza and it’s been a few times I went here and regretted it instantly. The ingredients alone aren’t necessarily bad but the execution is horrible. You leave there feeling like you just ate a whole loaf of bread, not pizza.
