Workers always seem overworked and the new self-order machines do not allow for modifications (less sugar) on our orders.

Unfortunately I received terrible service from an employee today, I went like I usually do and asked for my mall discount which I normally get but unfortunately she refused and said they don't do that, I did try arguing it since I normally get it but regardless, then I tried placing an order at the cash and she refused to serve me and sent me to the machines which is odd since she was already speaking to me and it took nothing to take my order, I then proceeded to ask why I couldn't just pay at the cash and instead of explaining she refused to serve me and took the next client behind me. I'm very disappointed as though this was my regular spot but no longer feel comfortable going...I think the staff needs to be trained better on customer service. Regardless of who is right or wrong there should never be any attitude being given especially when I was just confused and trying to understand.

Ask yo pay cash and he said No.... and turn his back to my 11 years old son. Ignore my son, bad attitude.
Two weeks after I went to ask the sir for his attitude, I was very polite but his attitude right away agressive and almost throw me a sugar bowl to me.
Asiatic sir around 40 years old, very unpolite.
The young employees received the same threat from him, I saw it.
I wrote in english cause this sir doesn't want to speak in french, so i want him to full understand.
Très méchante personne et service à la clientèle horrible et agressive.

There's no respect from the guy who's working there , I ordered big size carrots juice with orange, and I asked him before that, please, without ice , he was talking to his friend inside, and when he finished he put ice, I told him please without ice , he said you have to tell me before so I know with bad face look , I said I told you , he said no you didn't , I said no I did , he said again no you didn't, if he is talking to his friend and doesn't be careful about the order and what I said as costumer it's not my fault, no smile no hi plus I said thanks he didn't reply , he put the juice like just telking me take it and leave.. no respect at all. I am not going to buy anymore frome this place

I always order there, but today at 10h30 I left after 30sec. I asked one of the employees if I could have a sample of the grass jelly, I didn’t have the time to finish the question when her colleague aggressively said
- you shouldn’t order it if you don’t know what it taste like .
Me and the employee were shocked at his response, I said I know, that’s why I would like to have a sample.
He then told me they don’t give any samples and they don’t have tapiocas « anyways »in a very condescending tone.

The Bobas are good, but that employee made sure I wont be going back in while…

The tapioca is not cooked well. (All stuck together).
Customer service not present at all. One of the kiosks gives the same number for everyone and the employees do not check if it is the correct customer associated with the beverage.

The guy really doesn't care about the customers, no hello, no longer busy talking on the phone, in a bad mood and it's like he's being disturbed to place an order. To finally have to place the order myself on a screen ?no help. Last time !

Je leur ai laissé plusieurs chances mais je suis déçu à chaque fois. Leur matcha de jade est décent (d'où les deux étoiles) mais le jeune employé au cheveux noirs et lunettes qui travaille les matins la semaine est déplaisant à chaque visite, au téléphone à chaque fois que je suis venu et ignore les clients complètement le 3/4 du temps
