First and last time at this place. The service was... meh. I can’t say how the food tastes because I lost my appetite. When I ordered a frappe espresso, the girl wiped my disposable cup with a dirty pink rag by the sink. What did she expect?

I had a very disappointing experience at this Second Cup location. I ordered three drinks (two hot, one cold), but my order was repeatedly prepared incorrectly. Initially, I received three cold drinks, and when I pointed out the mistake, only one hot drink was made, leaving one drink still missing.
When I addressed this again, the employee was rude, argumentative, and unprofessional. She even claimed I had only paid for two drinks, despite my receipt clearly showing payment for three. This lack of product knowledge and poor customer service is unacceptable. I left feeling frustrated and unwelcome.
I will not be returning, and I would strongly recommend management address this issue to prevent other customers from experiencing the same.

The worst cafe, muffins are there many days ago, 30mins before mall close on Saturday NO coffee. The girls just wants to leave, the owner should be more involved in this business.

I drove here in the morning before work cause it was the only one “open” in the area @ 8:30am. I was there. I was waiting for it to open but inside the employee was still setting up things. (I assumed it wouldn’t take her that long until she opens). After 15 minutes of waiting I went up and spoke to her and she told me she opens in 10 minutes which was at 9:00am.
Extremely inconvenient & a waste of time.

Asked for a cold coffe and a water bottle $8.50 the coffee was horrible i didnt even leave the store before i chucked it straight into the garbage bin where it belongs. total rip off. never going back to second cup again.

You have to be careful with the smoothies that the staff gives to customers, I found several pieces of a very hard almond in my smoothie, this is the first time that this has happened to me with this beverage and it is the one that I usually get from this chain. The barista that made it I believe was blonde and worked with a tall black haired girl. Please let them know I choked on this and it was lucky I didn't die, I was able to not swallow it but the pieces are too big for me especially when the consistency of a smoothie must be completely liquid, the almond cannot even be eaten or chewed with the teeth… I could have been dead, be careful because you have a clientele who need to be meticulous and attentive. You might also have had an almond if I wouldn't have been able to tell by the time. I hope this didn't happen because I didn't have money for the tip.
