LOVE this place!!! Always did!!
Everything is quick, yes but it never feels rushed or careless. The food comes out hot, fresh, and surprisingly well put together. The flavors actually pop, the portions are generous, and nothing tastes like it’s been sitting around waiting to be ordered.

quality food and ingredients, been eating there for 10 years and every plate is made with love and perfection 👌 Nothing quite like it in Anjou !

Sophia Cuisine offers very good homemade food with generous portions at honest prices. Their super good pizza and chicken pita are highly recommended. The restaurant has copious plates at excellent prices, starting from $15 for the table d’hôte. The service is excellent, and the atmosphere is cozy, although sometimes the music can be too loud. Parking is available at the back or on the street in front of the restaurant.
