Since I've know this coffee chain in the US back in the 90's, I got somehow attracted to their coffee combinations and when I was on Mexico City, I didn't went anywhere else for Coffee. Now in Canada, I was going there regularly but somehow they get almost consumed by other chains. What's happening?? I'm still going to one of their remaining locations left in Montreal.
Je me suis arrêté à cette succursale pour profiter de la promo "anniversaire". C'était ma première fois et étant aussi malhabile que peu renseigné sur le fonctionnement j'ai dû m'attarder au comptoir pour demander de l'aide. La personne était dynamique et souriante!J'ai demandé les possibilités de cette promo et si l'employé a avoué ignorer la réponse, il a été pro-actif, pour connaître l'information. During lunch time they are quick usually cuz they know it's a rush but after 5pm forget it. Took 25 mins before i got to the cash and there were 3 orders before me only but 7 clients behind me. 4 people behind the counter and yet one is spending their sweet time washing god knows what. The drinks are good, never tasted the food so can't say. But service wise, while they are nice, they found chatting to be more important than serving customers.
