Not hygienic, burnt my bread, dirty spoons, cheap portion and the menu is always out. HORRIBLE service. Ignorant staffs and terrible accommodation. negative 1000 if i could’ve rated it this low.
The new cheddar steak with bbq bourbon is good and I'm a big cookie fan🍪. The head office needs to make sure their locations have what they need such as working fountain drinks.

Monday 5 p.m. August 12 15 minutes I'm waiting for no one at the counter two customers decide to leave finally she decides to appear I mention to her that customers have left she answers me do you think I'm stupid behind. I have been a chef for 35 years and I remind her that the priority is the customers, they wave at me, meaning to go crazy, I went and bought elsewhere
I have eaten there a couple of times and most of the employees are great and make your food just like you asked. Only twice have I had a bad experience. The downside atm though is that they've been out of cheesy herbs bread for 2 weeks now, which I feel like is a long time for a store to be out of it.

SCAMMERS THE LADY GAVE ME A PEPSI HALF FILLED .I asked is there free refill she said yes .I came back after eating for a refill , she was on break , the other guy there told me insistently , we dont offer free refill, they scammed me good !
