Used the drive through and wasn’t fully prepared for my order. However I was greeted by a wonderful team that was patient and worked the order with me while my passengers in the back asked for more. My order was prepared promptly delivered with a smile and as incredible as it sounds the food was well presented. Honestly if every Tim’s was like that no one would complain. Drive thru typical but being English in la belle province, I was pleasantly surprised the lady spoke English to me.

Weekday service is perfect, with friendly and accurate orders. However, weekend service can be lacking, with some employees being forgetful and making mistakes with orders and payments.
