Placed an order online, as we were on our way home. Got a call, I confirmed the order. Associate tells me that the order won’t be processed until I arrive at the counter...
What’s the point of offering an “order online”! For pick up if they are not going to start your order until you get at the counter & pay? Just lost my $75.00 pick up order.
