Parking: The only thing I don't like is the pizza with basil...but it's not fresh basil but dried spices....it really spoils everything...otherwise the pizza is good...please pizza avenue forget your spices dry and incorporate fresh it changes the taste for better“

“I’m honestly not a huge pizza person, but while traveling from the U.S. to Sherbrooke, Canada, I decided to give this restaurant a try and I’m so glad I did!
The staff were absolutely wonderful. They were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and kind, and their hospitality was truly exceptional. ❤
And the pizza… OH MY GOD! 🍕🤌🏻 It was SO delicious! I’ve never been the type of person who could finish an entire pizza by myself, but the taste of this pizza was so good that I actually managed to finish a whole one!
If you’re like me and think you could never finish a large pizza by yourself, I highly recommend giving Pizza Mivan a try. You might surprise yourself!

Idk what it is but jashandip is the only reason I still order here and when I’m greeted by Shreeraj it just makes the whole thing worth it. “I had a submarine the special Stratos, the bread wasn't very good, it was too big, it wasn't cook, didn't like it, the stuffing was excellent.
We also had a poutine but didn't have enough sauce besides that it was good.“

“Was pleasantly surprised and now I'm a huge fan of lunch specials. For a fantastic price, you get appetizer, main course, dessert and drink. Unbeatable. Service is super friendly. For under $20 and you are totally stuffed these days is hard to beat. It's quiet and clean in here, cause it's mostly an older clientele but perhaps they know something we don't. Lol. They are older, wiser and on fixed income afterall. But aren't we all on a budget these days. Great value. I'll be back cause I like to support the independents that try to make real food. Cheers!“
